Find your answers with therapy
Whether you're struggling with your mental health or looking to make a positive change in your life, starting therapy could be the best decision you make.
Rubiks are a counselling service offering interventions and groups. We're inclusive to everyone, because everyone needs a listening ear, a support network, and positive, responsive relationships.
Hi, I'm Pete
Worried about your child's anxiety, big emotions, or struggles at school? I specialise in helping autistic and ADHD children, teens, and their families find calm, confidence, and practical coping tools.
Parenting a neurodivergent child can be joyful, but it can also be exhausting, confusing, and isolating. You may feel like you've tried everything โ yet the anxiety, meltdowns, or challenges keep coming. You're not alone, and support is available.
I create a safe, calm, and creative space where children and teens can explore their feelings in ways that feel natural to them โ through talking, art, play, or sensory activities. Sessions are flexible and tailored to each person's needs and strengths.
As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I understand both the personal and professional sides of navigating the world differently. I work at the pace that feels right for your child โ no rushing, no pressure.

What people say about us
I can't begin to say how much difference your help has been. I finally managed to get a few hours' sleep โ not a lot, but that's ok, some is better than none. My cat has been tucking in with me as well, so Mr Pickle says thank you too ๐ธ. You have been a godsend, bless you. ๐๐
My son was in a bad way โ trauma, a Level 2 Autism diagnosis, severe anxiety and school refusal. He was seen by Pete, who went above and beyond for us. Always on the other end of a phone, he supported us both through the diagnosis and was the only person who supported my parental choices rather than questioning them. Without Pete, I don't think we'd be where we are now.
Thank you for your help. It has allowed me the time to process and reflect on my circumstances.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done, and for the fun and smiles you've given Finn too. He's met some amazing people because of what you do, and you leave footprints forever.
Reaching out is the first step
If you need support, it's important you know how to access it. Getting help and opening up can be really difficult, which is why we ask anyone wanting to access our services to email us or fill out the form โ and we'll get in touch.
